Please do not send full card details or unnecessary information about a child in a message to the store.

How we use information

We use information to run the store, keep your bag available, remember delivery preferences and protect the service. We use the details needed to fulfil purchases, answer questions and handle cancellations, returns and refunds.

Who receives information

Wix provides our store technology and hosted checkout. Payment services, fulfilment partners and delivery providers receive the information needed for their part of your order. Information may also be disclosed when the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

The storefront uses browser storage to keep a Wix visitor session for shopping features and remember your delivery country. These entries do not have a fixed one-year expiry; you can remove them through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing or blocking storage may reset your bag or affect checkout.

Wix hosting and checkout may use additional cookies or similar technologies for their services. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide any required consent or opt-out controls before enabling it.

How long information is kept

Our retention period for general enquiries and their contact email addresses is up to 12 months after the last interaction, with earlier deletion when no longer needed.

Order, payment, tax, refund, dispute and security records may need different retention periods for their purpose or legal duties. Provider records and backups can follow separate schedules. The 12-month rule is not a promise that every record is automatically erased after a year.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent. Legal exceptions and response deadlines may apply. You may also complain to the relevant privacy authority.

Children and updates
